IL Cantuccio- Tuscany's Specialties
Biscotti, the biscuit we all love to dunk into our coffees, teas, or hot chocolates. More correctly known as Biscotti di Prato, or Cantuccini.  One night, I accidentally stumbled upon this cute store front in the west village which had displayed an enormous sized focaccia bread in the windows luring any eyes bestowed upon it.  Then, I see a woman through the windows, gently slicing up pieces...
